With this selection, you'll receive about 195-210 pounds of dry-aged Wyoming-raised, hormone and antibiotic-free, beef cuts. This includes approximately 30 lbs of premium steaks (Ribeye, New Yorks, Tenderloin, Sirloins, etc); 30 lbs of roasts (Chuck, Bottom Round (Rump), Tri-Tip, and Sirloin Tip); 30 lbs of other value cuts (Flat Iron Steaks, Cube Steaks, Stew Meat, etc); and approximately 100 lbs of Ground Beef. Choose between two cutting options, or call to place your order for custom-cut:    Beginning March 1, 2024, Cutting Option 1 cuts include:  Steaks: Tenderloin Filets (6-8), New York Strip Steaks (10-12), Boneless Ribeye Steaks (10-12), Sirloin Steaks (8-10), Flat Iron Steaks (2-3), Flank Steak (1), Skirt Steak (2), Top Round Steaks (10-12) *Tenderloin steaks are cut 1.5" thick, all other steaks are cut 1" thick Roasts: Chuck Roast (4), Bottom Round (Rump) Roast (2), Tri-Tip Roast (1), Sirloin Tip Roast (2) Other: Cube Steak (8-10), Stew Meat (8-10), Tenderloin Tip (1), Brisket Half (2), Ground Beef (100)   Cutting Option 2 cuts include:  Steaks: T-Bone Steaks (6-8), Porterhouse Steaks (6-8), Tenderloin Filets (2-3), Boneless Ribeye Steaks (10-12), Sirloin Steaks (8-10), Flat Iron Steaks (2-3), Flank Steak (1), Skirt Steak (2), Top Round Steaks (10-12) Roasts: Chuck Roast (4), Bottom Round Roast (2), Tri-Tip Roast (1), Sirloin Tip Roast (2) Other: Cube Steak (8-10), Stew Meat (8-10), Tenderloin Tip (1),  Brisket Half (2), Ground Beef (100)   ***Payment is for initial deposit ONLY - you will be emailed a final invoice, including any applicable shipping charges, once the final weights of your animal have come in*** Estimated final cost of a half beef is between $1,940-$2,089. This amounts to $9.95/lb of TAKE-HOME beef, or roughly $5.25/lb hanging weight (processing costs included).
