With this selection, you'll receive about 195-210 pounds of dry-aged Wyoming-raised, hormone and antibiotic-free, beef cuts. This includes approximately 30 lbs of premium steaks (Ribeye, New Yorks, Tenderloin, Sirloins, etc); 30 lbs of roasts (Chuck, Bottom Round (Rump), Tri-Tip, and Sirloin Tip); 30 lbs of other value cuts (Flat Iron Steaks, Cube Steaks, Stew Meat, etc); and approximately 100 lbs of Ground Beef.
