With this selection, you'll receive about 95-105 pounds of dry-aged, Wyoming-raised, hormone and antibiotic-free, beef cuts. This includes approximately 15 lbs of premium steaks (Ribeye, New Yorks, Tenderloin, Sirloins, etc); 15 lbs of roasts (Chuck, Bottom Round (Rump), and Sirloin Tip); 15 lbs of other value cuts (Flat Iron Steaks, Cube Steaks, Stew Meat, etc); and 50 lbs of Ground Beef. Beginning March 1, All quarters are standard cut and will include the following cuts:  Steaks: Tenderloin Filets (2-3), New York Strip Steaks (4-6), Boneless Ribeye Steaks (5-6), Sirloin Steaks (4-5), Flat Iron Steaks (1), Skirt Steak (1), Top Round Steaks (5-6) *Tenderloin steaks are cut 1.5" thick, all other steaks are cut 1" thick Roasts: Chuck Roast (2), Bottom Round (Rump) Roast (1), Sirloin Tip Roast (1) Other: Cube Steak (4-5), Stew Meat (4-5), Brisket Half (1), Ground Beef (50) ***Payment is for initial deposit ONLY and is nonrefundable - you will be emailed a final invoice, including any applicable shipping charges, once the final weights of your animal have come in*** Estimated final cost of a quarter beef is between $969-1071. This amounts to $10.20/lb of TAKE-HOME beef, or roughly $5.75/lb hanging weight (processing costs included).
