With this selection, you'll receive about 390-410 pounds of dry-aged Wyoming-raised, hormone and antibiotic-free, beef cuts. This includes approximately 60 lbs of premium steaks (Ribeye, New Yorks, Tenderloin, Sirloins, etc); 60 lbs of roasts (Chuck, Bottom Round (Rump), Tri-Tip, and Sirloin Tip); 60 lbs of other value cuts (Flat Iron Steaks, Cube Steaks, Stew Meat, etc); and 200 lbs of Ground Beef.
